Crowbridge: The Magic of the Library

Magic is very real for the visitors of Crowbridge Library. When a person is connected to the mysterious other plane, mere motions of their hand can create wondrous effects, if only they learn how.

In the early 1980's, a group of young people came together to learn the ancient art of invocation. They could create fragrant flower petals or unlimited ingots of gold out of thin air. Even the skies weren't off-limits to these strong-willed practitioners.

But, sometimes we learn that even being able to whisk ourselves away to the ends of the Earth in an instant is nowhere near as magical as the love we find with those at our side. To live in a gentle world with those who make us feel like we belong is not just magical -- it's miraculous.

This is a lightly-illustrated novel with all art made by the author (me!).
